Scams Targeting The Halloween and Party Expo Attendees and Exhibitors
Throughout the years, The Halloween and Party Expo has been a target of groups trying to offer all types of services from fictitious hotel arrangements to fraudulent lead generation services.

The Halloween and Party Expo Attendee List Rules
The Halloween and Party Expo does not sell, rent, or distribute any database lists, nor do we disclose email addresses. Statements claiming to offer these attendee lists are fraudulent. If you receive a message from a source outside of The Halloween and Party Expo or Clarion Events (HPE's parent company) please do not interact with them. Valid Halloween and Party Expo emails will include “Email ID Text”@clarionevents.com.
Approved Halloween & Party Expo Housing Vendors
All Halloween & Party Expo approved housing vendors will be clearly noted on the Halloween & Party Expo website. Any solicitation coming from housing companies for room reservations at our hotels is a scam. Please delete the email immediately and do not interact with the sender. Note that Connections Housing is the only housing vendor for the Halloween & Party Expo. The only email affiliated with them is
halloween@connectionshousing.com.
Unauthorized Service Providers
As an exhibitor, you may be contacted by unauthorized service providers for audiovisual, carpet, exhibitor directory listing, etc. — who claim to be affiliated with The Halloween & Party Expo. These solicitations may appear to provide cost savings; however, the rates listed could be misleading and, in some cases, the vendor may not be a credible supplier.
*Please note, that we do not sell any lists, all list solicitations are scams.
Payment Reminder
Clarion here with a friendly reminder to always remain vigilant in relation to any change of beneficiary requests when processing payments to us. Bad actors frequently target small businesses and use a variety of tactics, including typosquatting, in an attempt to appear more convincing. If you ever have any questions related to payment, changes in instructions from Clarion, or anything else, please always give us a call prior to issuing payment.
